This is about food for regular Vietnamese people, food produced with pride at market food stalls, temporary street eateries, and occasionally even in what appears to be the owner’s living room, at regular pricing for locals.

At 4:30 p.m, you and our tourguide meet at the meeting point at a appointed hotel in Hoi An, Almanity Wellness Hotel we make introductions, go through our meal plans with you, and discuss any dietary allergies or intolerances. Then, as night sets, we enjoy the stunning kaleidoscope of hues that illuminate the town streets as we start our culinary tour. Depending on what is available and what you like, we try about 5-7 local specialties. From steam savoury rice cakes to deep fried shrimp wontons, traditional Vietnamese coffee to central Vietnam’s famous spring rolls and BBQ pig skewers, and possibly finishing with a favorite street treat! But finally, at around 7:00 p.m., our evening will come to an end when we either safely deliver you back to your hotel or provide you with fantastic ideas for the rest of your evening in this atmospheric Vietnamese town.
